We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented React Developer to take ownership of front-end development, deliver high-quality user experiences, and support an existing codebase.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain React components, pages, and application logic.
- Use modern React patterns for scalable and reusable code.
- Optimize UI performance (lazy loading, memoization, code splitting).
- Implement and manage state (Redux, Zustand, Context) and handle data fetching and caching.
- Ensure SEO best practices and accessibility compliance (WCAG).
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and stable deployments.
- Troubleshoot bugs and improve legacy code.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
Tech Stack & Tools:
- Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Shadcn, Framer Motion, Radix-UI
- Backend / DB: Ruby on Rails, Ruby, PostgreSQL, Redis
- DevOps / Tools: Docker, Git, Webpack, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, Bitbucket, Slack, Google Meet
- Testing: Unit testing with Jest
