Job Description We are looking for an experienced React Native Engineer to join our Mobile team. You will be responsible for developing our mobile app, which is a key part of our product strategy. You will work in a cross-functional team, contributing to the entire development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain our Personio Mobile App for both iOS and Android.
- Take ownership of features from design to implementation and deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
- Contribute to our engineering culture and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with React Native and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of the mobile development lifecycle.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux.
- Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio.
- A passion for user experience and building high-quality products.
